He serves as outside general counsel to numerous businesses in a wide range of industries and provides general corporate representation to clients, including business structure, commercial contract negotiation and drafting, intellectual property protection, employment agreements, and employee incentive arrangements. He further represents clients in mergers & acquisition transactions, equity and debt financings, joint ventures and strategic partnering arrangements, corporate divorce matters, and commercial real estate transactions. Todd helps clients find solutions to the challenges they encounter in the operation and growth of their businesses. Todd is the Chair of the Business Law Section of the Virginia State Bar.
