Steven A. Meade
PARTNERSteve is a business and transactional attorney who has been practicing since 1994. His work focuses on commercial real estate, purchase and sale transactions of all kinds, financial and lending transactions, land use and rezoning, and commercial leasing.
Steve also is an appointed member of the York County Economic Development Authority and serves as the Vice Chair. He also is the Chair of the Greater Williamsburg Partnership Committee, a part of the Business Council of the Greater Williamsburg Chamber and Tourism Alliance, and serves as a Board member for the Business Council. Steve is an appointed member of the Board of the Real Estate Foundation for Christopher Newport University.
